1️⃣ Eligibility
The Sauce, Suds & Sin Summer Passport Tour ("Contest") is open to legal residents of Ontario who are 19 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, and immediate family members of Freeats.ca and the nine participating restaurant partners are ineligible to win any consumer prizes.
2️⃣ Contest Period
The Contest begins on August 1, 2026.
All digital voting logs and entries must be finalized and submitted by Saturday, September 12, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Standard Time ("Contest Closing Date").
3️⃣ How to Enter, Qualify & Earn Bonus Entries
🎟️ Instant Activation & Milestone Eligibility
To enter, participants must purchase an official event passport and scan the printed QR code on the passport to register their details online.
Upon successful registration, the participant's passport number is instantly entered into the pool for the four (4) random summer-long $50 gift card draws.
⭐ Grand Prize Qualification (Five-Stop Minimum)
To qualify for the final grand prize drawings on September 13, 2026, participants must use their digital dashboard to log official votes for a minimum of five (5) different participating restaurant locations, which must include at least one designated takeout location.
At each location, participants must purchase the featured wing special to complete their vote.
🎸 Rock Star Bonus Entries
Completing the minimum five-stop qualification grants the participant one (1) baseline entry into the Grand Prize draw.
For every additional participating restaurant visited and voted on after the initial five-stop minimum, up to the maximum of nine (9) total locations, the participant will earn one (1) bonus entry into the draw.
Maximum entries per passport holder for the Grand Prize draw is five (5) total entries, including one (1) baseline entry and four (4) bonus entries.
4️⃣ No Purchase Necessary Option
No purchase, passport fee, or food purchase is required to participate in the random draw prize categories.
To obtain a free entry passport eligible for all drawings, handprint your full name, email address, phone number, and a unique, original 150-word essay detailing your favorite dining experience in Paris, Ontario. The essay must be about chicken wings.
Mail it with a self-addressed stamped envelope to Freeats.ca c/o Legends Taphouse, 1084 Rest Acres Rd, Paris, ON, N3L 0K6.
Limit of one (1) free entry passport request per person.
All mail-in entries must be postmarked by Friday, September 4, 2026, to allow for manual processing and digital registration.

These will be drawn at random intervals throughout the summer from the pool of all registered and activated passports.
📣 Winner Announcement
Official winners for the final prize packages will be announced on Sunday, September 13, 2026, via the Freeats.ca website and social media channels.
🎲 Odds of Winning
Odds of winning any random draw prize depend entirely on the total number of eligible passport entries received.
Prizes must be accepted as awarded, carry no cash surrender value, and are non-transferable.
6️⃣ Winner Notification & Mandatory Skill-Testing Question
Selected entrants will be contacted via the phone number or email address provided during their initial passport registration.
Before being declared an official winner of any prize, the selected entrant must correctly answer, without assistance of any kind (whether mechanical, electronic, or human), a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered via phone or email.
Failure to correctly answer the question within 48 hours of notification will result in disqualification, forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate entrant will be randomly drawn from the eligible pool.
7️⃣ General Conditions & Privacy
By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Freeats.ca, which are final and binding.
Freeats.ca reserves the right to disqualify any individual found tampering with the voting system or dashboard application.
Personal information collected during registration will be used strictly for tournament administration, prize fulfillment, and explicit marketing communications if opted in by the user, in compliance with the Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).
8️⃣ Limitation of Liability
By participating in the Contest, entrants agree that Freeats.ca, its participating restaurant partners, sponsors, prize providers, employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense of any kind arising from participation in the Contest or the acceptance, use, misuse, or redemption of any prize.
Freeats.ca is not responsible for technical malfunctions, lost, delayed, incomplete, illegible, misdirected, or corrupted registrations, voting submissions, electronic communications, or any other error that may affect the administration or operation of the Contest.
9️⃣ Right to Modify, Suspend, or Cancel
Freeats.ca reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or cancel the Contest, in whole or in part, should fraud, technical failures, human error, acts of God, severe weather, public health concerns, government regulations, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impair the integrity or proper administration of the Contest.
Any changes will be posted on Freeats.ca and will become effective immediately upon publication.
🔟 Publicity Release
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of any prize constitutes the winner's consent for Freeats.ca and its promotional partners to use the winner's name, hometown, photograph, likeness, voice, and/or statements relating to the Contest for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes in any media now known or hereafter developed, worldwide, without additional compensation, notice, or permission.
